Your gauges are a window into your engines health and should not be ignored.  That bouncing water temperature or pressure gauge could be malfunctioning to the point where you wind up with a major overheat and thousands of dollars in marina bills.

You work hard all week and look forward to a weekend on the water. Being able to enjoy your time relaxing out on the open water with your family is what you leave for. What could possibly be better than spending hours out on the turquoise blue water, fishing, relaxing or indulging in a BBQ. But what about your other family members such as your trusty dog. They stay at home all day and look after your property, should they not be able to go out on the water and enjoy some rest and relaxation as well. Of course they should.

Mass Marine, Fun toys on the lake

Going out on the lake in your boat  is a great way to spend a day or weekend.  Lakes have a lot of advantages over the ocean.  While there are less fish, the water is generally calmer, there are no sharks (although if you read the news there is a Siberian lake that apparently has a monster!) and it’s a lot easier to clean your boat after your day’s adventure.  You also don't have added problems with sand and saltwater on people.
